All goods supplied by us have a UK warranty for a period of two years from the date of supply.
This warranty does not apply to any defect in the goods arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, accidental damage, negligence by you or any third party, use otherwise than as recommended by us, failure to follow instructions or any alteration or repair carried out without our approval.
This is a limited hardware warranty covering defects to any physical components that may occur during this period. This limited hardware warranty does not cover software, including without limitation, the operating systems and firmware of devices.
If the goods supplied to you develop a defect while under warranty, you should notify us in writing via e-mail using the 'Contact Us' page within 7 days of the date you discovered or ought to have discovered the damage or defect.
Payment of an item must be made in full before the quantity on the website is reduced and the order has been completed. We cannot be held responsible if an order is unable to be fulfilled due to this. Payment must be received in full before any item is dispatched.
