If you're looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help!

We aim to offer our customers exactly what they're entitled to. As a consumer purchasing goods online, you are entitled to a cooling off period of 14 days after the date of delivery under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. You are therefore entitled to cancel your order or return unused goods within the cooling off period.

Should you wish to return an item, you should notify us in writing by email - unless otherwise authorised.

If you are returning goods, it will be your responsibility to return the goods at your own cost (unless deemed faulty within 14 days of purchase, in which case reasonable postage costs may be reimbursed). Care must be taken to ensure goods are not damaged in transit and are in the original condition including all parts, accessories, instructions, packaging and the product itself etc. This includes items such as cable ties and plug covers. If the goods are not returned in the original condition as advised, a charge may be placed for the sum of the direct cost on the nature of the goods returned. If you are returning a faulty item, it is acceptable to return the item without original packaging, however, we do ask the item(s) to be packed carefully to prevent damage in transit.

Returns Process

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Items where packaging or any of the individual product or components have been damaged. 
  • Non-Faulty items where 14 days have passed from the date of items being received.
  • Faulty items where 14 days have passed from the date of items being received.

If the item is faulty within the 14 days after receiving the item, you should contact us in writing via the Contact Us page. If deemed faulty, once returned we can offer a full refund, replacement or repair of the product. If the item develops a fault after this period, please refer to our Warranty Page.

No refunds will be accepted for business to business orders, faulty items will be replaced, and orders cancelled will be issued with a credit note.
