Power over Ethernet

Simplify your installation with PoE technology and reduce wiring works needed. The D2EP can be powered by a single ethernet cable*, combining both power supply and video signal into one.

*PoE cameras must work in alliance with additional equipment such as a PoE NVR/injector/switch, otherwise, the camera will still need to be powered as normal.

With real-time alarms upon motion or sound detection, you never have to worry about missing a thing. Advanced algorithms can detect moving objects or changes in sound and send you notification alerts to your smartphone, email or FTP. The D2EP also features human recognition to distinguish only human motion, giving you an advanced level of security with more relevant alerts.

Plus, when used together with Foscam Cloud, you will get the captured image sent directly to your device.

Multiple Storage Methods Supported

With the D2EP, you can choose the level of storage for your needs.

For local storage, the camera has an external SD slot for easy access and supports cards up to 128GB capacity. For larger storage, you can use with a network video recorder (NVR). Foscam Cloud service is also available to safeguard your footage from theft or damage by recording and storing remotely.
