I purchased 1 x FI9803EP + FN3104H and was so impressed I purchased another 3 x FI9803EP's.
The cameras give a clear picture even in complete darkness, I have 3 hooked up via a POE switch and a forth via a TP-Link Powerline adapter because it is situated on a detached garage.
I use Linux on all of my computers and am able to view all cameras with VLC and with various apps on my mobile, unfortunately a Windows PC is required for setup but I can live with that.
The service form Foscam is second to none, all questions answered promptly and politely plus "next day delivery to Londonderry".
